Eva Hartmann
Eva Hartmann ist Mentorin, Coachin, Moderatorin, Mediatorin, Dozentin, Trainerin, ab und an Netzwerk- oder Dramaturgie-Sidekick und Ideenentwicklerin. Sie hat einen MA in Theaterwissenschaft sowie abgeschlossene Fortbildungen und Akkreditierungen in Relational Dynamics Coaching, Gestalt Coaching, Trauma-informiertem Coaching und mehr. Von 1999 an war sie Produzentin und Managerin für diverse Kunstschaffende und Festivals (u. a. Internationale Theater-Akademie Ruhr/Bochum, Performancefestival reich & berühmt Podewil/Berlin) und von 2002 bis 2023 Company-, Funding- und Strategy- Managerin für das deutsch/englische Künstler*innenkollektiv Gob Squad. 2009/2010 war sie zudem im Vorstand des LAFT Berlin tätig. Eva begleitet Transformationsprozesse in verschiedenen Kontexten, etwa an (Hoch)Schulen, kulturellen und sozialen Organisationen und Einrichtungen mit Einzelpersonen und Gruppen. Sie ist daran interessiert, wie wir mit uns selbst und anderen verbunden sind, kommunizieren und handeln. Wie verkörpert die Art und Weise, wie wir dies tun, unser Wertesystem und kann zugleich ein Motor von Veränderung in dieser Welt sein? Und wie könnte dies geschehen, ohne zu behaupten „die Wahrheit“ gefunden zu haben? Und sich gleichzeitig trauen, Wunden in uns und in den uns umgebenden Systemen anzusprechen und mutig vielfältige miteinander koexistierende Alternativen und Ideen für das vorherrschende „business as usual“ zu gestalten und zu leben?
Eva Hartmann is a mentor, coach, moderator, mediator, lecturer and trainer, 0ccasional network or dramaturgy sidekick and idea developer. She has an MA in Theatre Studies and has completed further training and accreditation in Relational Dynamics Coaching, Gestalt Coaching, Trauma-Informed Coaching and more. Since 1999 she has been a producer and manager for various artists and festivals (e.g. International Theatre Academy Ruhr/Bochum, performance festival reich & berühmt Podewil/Berlin) and from 2002 to 2023 company, funding and strategy manager for the German/English Gob Squad Arts Collective. In 2009/2010 she was on the board of LAFT Berlin.
Eva accompanies transformation processes in various contexts, for example in (high) schools, cultural and social organizations and institutions with individuals and groups. She is interested in how we connect, communicate and act with ourselves and others. How does the way we do this embody our value system and at the same time can be a driver of change in this world? And how could this happen without claiming to have found "the truth"? And at the same time dare to address wounds in ourselves and in the systems around us and courageously create and live diverse, coexisting alternatives and ideas to the prevailing "business as usual"?
